Questions before you sail
Can I book online?
Yes. Choose your cruise and date and pay securely online. Online booking closes 2 hours before departure. For a last-minute seat, message us on WhatsApp and we'll check availability for you.
Can I cancel or change my date?
Every rate includes a free date change. If you book the refundable rate you can also cancel for free; the cancellation deadline is shown when you book. Full details are in our cancellation policy, and you can request a date change here.
Where do we meet, and when should we arrive?
All cruises leave from Ayia Napa harbour. Meet us at the Black Pearl 30 minutes before departure. Open the location in Maps.
Is lunch included?
Lunch is included on the Black Pearl Pirate Cruise, the Santa Napa Relax Cruise, the Fantasy Boat Party and the Greatest Hits sunset cruise. It's optional on the Blue Lagoon cruise. The Fishing Cruise includes snacks and soft drinks, and snacks can be bought on the Harmony cruises.
Can we buy drinks on board?
Yes, drinks and refreshments are on sale on every cruise.
Are the cruises suitable for children?
Yes. The Black Pearl Pirate Cruise is our family favourite, with pirate entertainment and swim stops, and there are child prices on the Black Pearl, Santa Napa, Blue Lagoon and Fishing cruises. The Fantasy Boat Party is adults only.
Do you offer hotel transfers?
Transfers are available on request for some cruises, at an extra charge that depends on the cruise and your hotel. Ask us on WhatsApp.
What should we bring?
Swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, and cash or a card for drinks on board. Pets aren't allowed on board.
When do the cruises run?
Our cruises run mainly from April to October. Check each cruise page for the dates currently available.
Can I buy tickets at the harbour?
Yes, at Ayia Napa harbour next to the Black Pearl, and from our sellers around town. Booking online guarantees your seat on busy days.
Can we book a boat for a private party?
Yes, every boat is available for private charter. Send us your group details and we'll come back with prices and times.
